how to order your own contemporary door or entrance from kühl doors

first step

Select the unique entrance door that you are interested in, along with the size, type of wood and color of glass, if it is an option. Call ( 231-631-5398 ) or email ( ordering@kuhldoors.com ) us with this information.

For special sizes or exterior doors just contact kuhl doors stained glass studioand we will get you a quote.

second step

After we have all the information regarding your leaded glass door and all contact information we will send you either by email or mail two copies of your order with everything written out including shipping costs.

You will then send us a deposit for 50% of the total amount along with a signed copy of your order.

third step

Once we have your deposit and signed order form we will begin work on your artistic glass door.

As each custom front entry door is unique please allow up to 8 weeks for completion of your leaded glass door.

When we are close to completing your door we will send you a final invoice including the shipping charges. After we receive your final payment we will ship out your artistic leaded glass front door.

crating and shipping

To ensure the safety of your glass front doors we crate and pack the doors to ensure their safety. All our doors are shipped on a pallet. They are heavy and will require several people to unload from the truck.

We quote shipping costs based on your order. For orders in the continental United States costs will vary between $200 and $500 for shipping and $90 for crating.

When you receive your contemporary exterior door please do not throw any of the packing materials or the crate away until you are confident the door is not damaged. If there is any damage call us and we will make all the arrangements to ship the door back and get it fixed.
